These Terms of Registration, Participant Agreement and Data Privacy Consent (“Terms”) apply to the JBL Holiday Promo and JBL Soundfest organized by Harman Philippines (owner of JBL Philippines) (the “Company”).

By registering for and/or participating in the JBL Holiday Promo and JBL Soundfest (collectively, the “Program”), I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

I certify that all information and documents I provide during registration are true, accurate, complete, and valid.

I understand that participation in the Program may be subject to eligibility requirements, qualifying purchase requirements, registration periods, participating products or stores, and other mechanics communicated by the Company.

I understand that submission of a registration does not automatically guarantee successful redemption, issuance of a Soundfest ticket, or admission to JBL Soundfest. Registration and/or redemption remains subject to successful validation and compliance with the official Program mechanics.

2. Purchase and Redemption Validation

For promotions requiring a qualifying JBL purchase, I understand that I may be required to provide information including:

  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Mobile/contact number;
  • JBL product purchased;
  • Product serial number;
  • Store or platform where the product was purchased;
  • Purchase date;
  • Official receipt, invoice, or other acceptable proof of purchase; and
  • Other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the Program.

I authorize the Company and its authorized service providers to verify the information, serial number, receipt, and other documents submitted for purposes of determining my eligibility.

The Company reserves the right to reject or disqualify registrations involving duplicate serial numbers, invalid or altered receipts, fraudulent or fabricated documents, false information, non-qualifying purchases, or any attempt to circumvent or abuse the Program mechanics.

3. JBL Soundfest Ticket / QR Code

Where a successful redemption entitles me to a JBL Soundfest ticket or QR code, I understand that the ticket/QR code will be subject to the official JBL Soundfest admission rules.

I acknowledge that:

  • A valid Soundfest ticket/QR code may be required for entry;
  • The QR code may be scanned and validated by authorized JBL Soundfest personnel or authorized third-party event personnel at the venue;
  • Each ticket/QR code may only be used in accordance with the applicable Program mechanics;
  • A QR code that has already been successfully redeemed or scanned may no longer be accepted for another admission; and
  • The Company may refuse entry where a ticket/QR code is invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, previously used, cancelled, or otherwise does not comply with the official Program mechanics.

Participants remain responsible for safeguarding their issued ticket/QR code and should not publicly post or distribute it where it could be copied or used without authorization.

4. Program Administration and Disqualification

The Company reserves the right, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements, to verify registrations and submissions and to disqualify participants who:

  1. Submit false, fraudulent, altered, manipulated, or misleading information or documents;
  2. Use a duplicate or previously registered serial number;
  3. Attempt multiple or unauthorized redemptions;
  4. Manipulate, interfere with, or circumvent the registration, redemption, ticketing, or validation system;
  5. Violate these Terms or the official Program mechanics; or
  6. Engage in conduct reasonably determined to compromise the integrity or security of the Program.

Where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical, operational, or legal reasons, the Company may suspend or investigate a registration or redemption while verification is conducted.

5. JBL Soundfest Participation

By attending JBL Soundfest, I agree to comply with the venue rules, security requirements, safety procedures, and reasonable instructions of the Company, event organizers, venue personnel, and authorized representatives.

I understand that participation in a live event may involve risks associated with crowds, weather, equipment, loud sound, physical activities, and other circumstances normally associated with live events.

I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with my attendance and participation, subject to applicable Philippine law.

6. Photos, Videos and Event Content

I understand that photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other content may be captured during JBL Soundfest.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I grant the Company and its authorized partners permission to use my image, likeness, voice, photographs, and videos captured in connection with JBL Soundfest for legitimate event documentation, marketing, promotional, publicity, and communication purposes across digital, social, print, and other media.

7. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

I consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of my personal data by the Company and its authorized service providers for purposes related to the administration of the JBL Holiday Promo and JBL Soundfest.

Personal data collected may include:

  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Mobile/contact number;
  • Purchase and transaction information;
  • JBL product and serial-number information;
  • Receipt or proof-of-purchase information;
  • Registration and redemption records;
  • Soundfest ticket/QR code and validation records;
  • Photos and videos captured during JBL Soundfest; and
  • Other information reasonably required to administer the Program.

8. Purposes of Processing

My personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Processing my Program registration;
  2. Validating my qualifying JBL purchase, serial number, and proof of purchase;
  3. Detecting and preventing duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized redemptions;
  4. Determining my eligibility for the applicable reward or JBL Soundfest ticket;
  5. Generating, issuing, managing, and validating my Soundfest ticket/QR code;
  6. Facilitating admission to JBL Soundfest;
  7. Providing customer support and communicating important Program or event information;
  8. Fulfilling prizes, merchandise, tickets, or other applicable rewards;
  9. Maintaining records required for audit, security, legal, and regulatory purposes; and
  10. Conducting legitimate Program reporting and analysis.

9. Authorized Service Providers

I understand that the Company may engage authorized third-party service providers to support the Program, including providers responsible for the registration platform, system hosting, purchase validation, QR/ticket generation, event operations, QR scanning, fulfillment, and other necessary Program services.

Such providers may process personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their authorized functions and subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection requirements.

10. Data Security and Retention

The Company and its authorized service providers shall implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

Personal data shall be retained to fulfill the purposes stated in these Terms and also for the Company’s business purposes. Such retention will be in line with the applicable legal, regulatory, audit, and legitimate business requirements, after which it shall be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.

11. Data Privacy Rights

I understand that my personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Subject to applicable law, I understand that I may exercise my applicable data privacy rights, including requesting access to or correction of my personal data, objecting to or withdrawing consent for certain processing, and requesting deletion or blocking where applicable.

12. Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree,” “Submit,” “Register,” or a similar confirmation during registration, I confirm that:

  • I have read, understood, and agree to the JBL Promo and Soundfest Terms of Registration and Participant Agreement.
  • I acknowledge the JBL Promo and Soundfest Data Privacy Notice and consent to the processing of my personal data where consent is the applicable basis for processing.
  • [Optional] I agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from JBL Philippines.

My electronic acceptance shall constitute my acknowledgment and acceptance of the applicable Terms.

How do I register my purchase?

Fill in your details, choose where you bought the product, add each product with its serial number, and upload your receipt. Accept the Terms of Registration and the Data Privacy Consent on the first step to continue.

When is the promo and registration period?

JBL SOUND FEST VIP PASS
Eligible purchases must be made and registered from November 1 to December 10, 2026 at 12:00 NN.

HYDRO FLASK TUMBLER
Eligible purchases must be made from November 1 to December 31, 2026.
Registration is until March 2, 2027.

Can I register more than one product?

Yes. Click “+ Add” to list every product on the same receipt. Each product gets its own reference number.

Where do I find the serial number?

It is printed on the product box and on the label of the product itself. The serial number starts with “SN” (for example, SN1507-EO0063780). Enter it exactly as shown.

What receipt file formats are accepted?

A clear photo or scan of your official receipt or online order confirmation, as JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF. File size up to 8 MB.

Does the receipt need to be under my name?

Yes. The required proof of purchase must show the customer’s name, and the registration details must correspond with the submitted receipt/invoice.

What if I bought the product for my company?

For corporate purchases, the company name in the registration must match the company name on the official receipt/invoice. Additional company details may be requested for validation.

When will I receive my JBL Sound Fest VIP Pass?

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you submit. Your JBL Sound Fest VIP Pass is emailed once your registration has been reviewed and validated within 2 business days.

How do I claim my free Hydro Flask Tumbler?

If you purchased a participating product from a participating store, select your preferred Bratpack store when you register. Once your registration is validated, you’ll receive a unique redemption code via email.

To claim your Hydro Flask, present your unique code at your selected Bratpack store together with the original and readable Official Receipt (OR) or Sales Invoice (SI). Each code can only be used once.

Can I claim my Hydro Flask at a different Bratpack store?

Yes. You may claim your Hydro Flask at any participating Bratpack store, even if it is different from the branch you selected during registration.

Until when can I claim my free Hydro Flask Tumbler?

Customers may claim their FREE Hydro Flask Tumbler until March 15, 2027.

Why was my serial number not accepted?
